"Super helpful support, honestly"
I had a sizing question before I placed my order, and support got back to me quick. They explained it in a really easy way, and didn’t seem annoyed when I asked more about the return policy too. It actually felt like someone real was replying, not just some copy-paste thing. Overall, good experience and yeah, I’d order again.

"Actually fit better than I thought it would"
I was skeptical about the sizing because online jacket descriptions always make things sound perfect, and I don’t really trust all that polished company wording. But this one actually worked out. I checked the size chart, went with my normal size, and the sleeves and shoulders landed just right. It’s not tight, but it’s not hanging off me either. i’m happy with how it fits.
"Looks Decent, But Not for the Price"
The jacket looked nice when I first took it out of the package, so I’ll give it that, it photographs better than it feels, which is something, I guess. For the price, though, I was expecting the material to feel a lot better. It came off a bit cheap, and the fit just wasn’t doing me any favors. Shipping was fine and there weren’t any major issues there, but overall it didn’t feel like a great value. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Way better jacket than I expected"
This jacket surprised me. The leather feels really soft, the stitching is clean, and the fit was pretty much perfect. For the price, it feels like a great deal. If anything, whoever runs this should use better photos because it looks nicer in person. I’d definitely buy it again.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
Shipping was really easy, and it got here two days earlier than expected. They had it packed up fine too, so no complaints at all.

"Return took a little longer than I expected"
The jacket was fine overall, but I ended up returning it because the sizing just didn’t fit me right. The return did go through, but it was slow, and I had to email a couple of times to get updates. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole process just felt a bit unclear. I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish it had been quicker and easier to follow.

"Scam"
1) Initial third party payment suspicious.
2) Item arrived weeks after order from United Arab Emirates with packing tape attached to item.
3) Defective item sent (price tag glue adhered to jacket and heat during shipping process melded it into clothing fibers).
4) When I contacted customer support, they said "soak it in water." (I can't make this up.) They also offered a whopping $10 refund (jacket was $70). To their credit, they offered to have me send it to a US warehouse (at my postage expense) for them to reimburse upon receiving item. However, they would not supply address of warehouse. I got an additional message that return window had closed. To be clear, I communicated that item was an xmas gift and figured they'd allow a January return, especially considering it took 3+ weeks to arrive from UAE.
